Chicago's Sears Willis Tower Collage.
Note: Additional photographs of the 103rd floor Skydeck can be viewed in my Chicago IL gallery.
Willis Tower (formerly known as the Sears Tower) is a 110 story building in the heart of Chicago's downtown.
In August, 1970 ground was broken for the beginning of construction.
Taking three years to complete, Sears Tower was finished in May 1973.
The 103rd floor Skydeck now has a glass viewing platform called The Ledge.
The Ledge's glass boxes extend out 4.3 feet from the skyscraper's Skydeck on the 103rd floor.
Note: If an image has the FAA watermark in the lower right hand corner it will NOT appear on any print you purchase.
From my eyes, through the view finder to the click of the shutter. I hope you enjoy these moments in time that have been captured.
