Original Commissions for Disney's Wild Animal Kingdom, Florida USA (Tiger, Gorilla, Cheetah)
Created for Reproduction for re-sale at zoo's across the United States
Handpainted WHITE Silk neck ties using a series of transparent washes, layering up to opacity. Many of my paintings have 30-40 glazes or transparent washes on them. Initially the colors are transparent but as the pigments build up they can creat barriers to prevent paint colors from leaching. I do not use GUTTA or ANY type of RESIST and all of the artwork is painted with Setasilk or Dyna-Flow paints.
