Hello Mark This DC-3 was built in Long Beach, CA, by Douglas Aircraft Company for delivery to CNAC (China National Aviation Corporation) in August of 1944. Rebuilt by the Historic Flight Foundation in Everett and the inaugural flight after the rebuild was on 3/2/2013, the day the photo was taken. http://eaavintage.org/historic-dc-3-flight/
