A coincidence is defined as two events occurring simultaneously. In this case there are two waveforms creating an interference pattern emanating from the television set. While an observer is shown in different states of passive, inward and outward activity. This painting is my attempt to illustrate some of the physical properties of light. The waveform, the electromagnetic spectrum, the wave particle duality, and the source of the radiation itself, the universe beyond.
