This is so delightful, Sue, I just had to stop by and compliment you on your well deserved sale! Sorry to hear about your friend, William, and his loss of his beloved pet, Shannon! No Kill Shelters and Animal Rescues are causes that allow us to give back to the animals that give so much to us--those we call "pets", but are really more like family! Fave! L/F/FB!

Sue Long replied:

Thanks so much Kimberlee! William found much love and joy with his beloved Shannon and he had a passion to help those who helped the voiceless. Our pets are truly family and I can't imagine my life without them. I'm honored to be able give back to help those who have given me so much

Amazing and beautiful capture and processing Sue!! I love it and the title is perfect!! Congratulations on your sale!

This is beautiful...... and brings many emotions to the surface for me, thinking of the loss of our Maltese Sweetie a few years ago.

Sue Long replied:

Thanks so much Tim! Sorry to hear about the loss of Sweetie, it is without a doubt one of the hardest of good byes. I truly think this speaks to the image of hope that I'm sure they'd want to leave us with.

This is cool. And Congrats on your sale!

Sue Long replied:

Thank you Chungkong Art! Really appreciate you stopping by and taking the time to comment :)

Congrats on your sale, Sue! Thank you for helping rescue groups, they truly need our help right now. This is sooooooo beautiful and heartfelt.

Sue Long replied:

Thanks so much Fiona! You're so right, the need is great for those that have no voice, being able to help them in any way rewards both the heart and soul.

Thank you, Sue, for this sweet picture; it's a comfort to all of us who've loved and lost their pets!

Sue Long replied:

Thanks so much Judith! The bond we share with our pets is very strong and touches the deepest reaches of our hearts..it makes it one of the hardest of good byes.

I will always love this image! It touches my heart in so many ways........

Sue Long replied:

Thanks so much Fiona! This image brings so many different emotions to many..so pleased that it helps to support those that have no voice, and the rescues that watch over them.

This is so lovely Sue

Sue Long replied:

Thanks so much Denise! Appreciated :)

I had to visit this image again, Sue!! I think of my many dogs from childhood until now -- Heidi, Rusty, Cleo (the wonder dog!), Abby, Amber, Lucy, Penny, Lady, Daisy, and Johnny (8 yrs old and a happy Corgi!!) :) This image honors them all!

Sue Long replied:

Thanks Mick! Wish they all could still be with us. They give us so much in the short time they spend with us. Miss each and everyone of them as if it were just yesterday

Congratulations Sue! I still get filled up when I look at this print. Not only for Baron but for William too. Think of them often. Both gone too soon and too suddenly. Hope they are all playing together at the Rainbow Bridge. William, Shannon and Baron will always be with us. Thank you to the buyer also. So many need rescuing and it's nice to see this print helping out.

Sue Long replied:

Thanks so much Dianne for coming to FAA to leave a comment! I'm sure William received a royal welcome at the Rainbow Bridge by both Shannon and Baron, as well as many others awaiting their turn at the bridge. This print is part of their legacy too and it's benefiting so many that have no voice across North America and beyond. William would be pleased that our creation has become such a powerful image to those who truly understand what it is to have loved and lost our beloved companions. May they all remain forever in our hearts..
