Thanks Joseph, This locomotive is part of the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad in North Carolina, it's a 2-8-0 Consolidation built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in the early 1920's.

Thank you Christopher, the old 2-8-0 Consolidations were very popular in the final decades of the steam era, this particular one is being restored today but I was fortunate enough to take the photo when it was running excursions in NC back in the 1990's.
