I am not exactly sure what I am looking at here... I mean what is a photograph and what is digitally added, but I really like this. The color and texture and composition are very pleasing.

Thank you David! I used a variety of digital filters to add and enhance the water color effect. You can also compare this image to my sepia version. The photo was shot with my Canon Powershot as the clouds reflecting on the glass to the left of the needle are part of the original photo. The color and framing are the digital enhancements.
