Comstock Bridge 2012
Photograph - Original Art By Deborah Benoit
The Comstock Covered Bridge is a wooden covered bridge that crosses the Trout River in Montgomery, Vermont on Comstock Bridge Road. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.
The bridge is of Town lattice design built by Sheldon and Savannah Jewett - brothers who built several bridges in the area.
This is a photograph that I took and then edited adding texture to the image. This gives the image a painterly affect. Montgomery is a beautiful area in Vermont to visit during foliage season.
