Description:

This is a slightly cropped version of the original watercolor. One thousand years ago, Europe began its emergence from the dark ages. We now find ourselves once again come round to a place of transition and seeking . Some seekers are drawn to lifeways which are harmful to themselves as well others. Whatever your faith, pray that all will open their hearts to the feminine aspect of our universe, and honor the universal circle, interconnectedness of all things, sentient and non sentient. The negative / positive balance of power that is Mother, symbolized by the dragon, will quell fear of an unknown future and replace it with vision and peace. The drudic tradition of dragonfire and ancient legend of Tiamat always inspire me when painting dragons,. Like the Asian traditions, I consider them potent, positive symbols. The original image measures 16 x 22. The painting is professionally framed using arcival materials and features a double matt and classic frame. I offer a special plan to patrons, payment by installment with no fee or interest on missed months. The art is shipped when the balance is paid in full. Contact me for details. Again, nice flow to this watercolor. The soft edges of the washes really adds a quiet mood to the piece.
