An irregularly shaped relief carving. Not intended for framing. Shown against a neutral grey background.
The scene shows a an eagle guietly gliding out of a forest of tall trees early on a misty morning. Inspired by my trips to Eagle Watch in the Annapolis Valley. Trees and eagle are set in a well detailed scene.
An interesting and unique wall decor that should do well in any setting where a wildlife, bird of prey, or eagle scene is prized. The carving is pictured against a neutral grey background and should do well against most wall colours. It is designed to stand out from the wall about 1/4 inch. Feathers were defined using a wood burning tool, as were many of the tree limbs. Many pleasant hours of carving went into this piece.
