I have the pleasure of knowing and painting alongside Joshua and seeing the original of this work. One really neat thing about this particular piece is that when viewed from a slight distance the E=mc2 that Joshua laboriously added to Einstein's jacket actually looks like the tweed of the jacket. You don't know that it is actually the text of Einstein's theory of relativity until you look a bit closer. That's something you should know about this work because the similarity to tweed of the jacket can't be appreciated from this web image. It's a brilliant, impressive work of art.
