Hello Sarah Amazing colours indeed, its a great place. It takes a day to do the crossing, its 19 miles in all. Its a bit more if you take in the summit of Tongariro, it adds another couple of miles but well worth it. The lakes really are this colour, I haven't photoshopped them at all. Colin
