Historic engine houses at Botallack, Cornwall, a famous landmark and important world heritage site. The derelict Crown Mines tin mine engine houses were built in on the rocky cliffs in1815 to pump water and allow mining under the sea bed. Tunnels were cut over a mile out under the Atlantic Ocean to a rich lode of copper.
