Description
Ependymal Cells (Ciliated) lining the Central Canal of the Spinal Cord--250X. Ependymal cells are a type of neuroglia that line the central canal of the spinal cord and ventricles of the brain. Many are ciliated--the beating of the cilia help to circulate the cerebrospinal fluid in the brain and spinal cord.
