Evening Lights The Poppies
Poppies kissed by evening light delight and transport me.
My husband was driving me home when I glanced this poppy field out the window. The evening light was beautifully kissing the flowers. He graciously drove me home to get my camera and back to capture this shot. If that isn't love, I don't know what is. Speaking of love, while I was composing this shot I got eaten alive by mosquitoes. I guess that suffering makes me a real artist. :) I used my macro lens to create that wonderful depth of field.
