Evening On The Royal Crescent In Bath

My stay in Bath was entirely too short. I say that about a lot of places, but I especially felt it for Bath. I spent barely a day there, and for a city rich in beautiful historic architecture, that was simply not enough!
As my first night there fell, I was checking out the Royal Crescent, a beautiful and well known piece of Georgian Architecture. Isn't that sweeping facade a work of art in its own right? I could and would spend hours just capturing the details there if and when I make it to Bath again.
I have read that the original owners on the Royal Crescent purchased just a facade. The facade was designed by architect John Wood the Younger to keep it all in one theme, but the rear is apparently a hodgepodge of architectural designs. You would never know it from the sweeping Georgian fronts would you?
