dear bob, thank you for posting this lovely painting...it is indeed, or should be (should be for sure) every child...we do not treat our children too wellin this country, in too many instances;socities are juged by how its weakest, most helpless members are treated & the USA has good intentions mostly, i hope, but we still fail...imagine...the price of 1 big hollywood party...how many kids could that money help....enen one half of it!? i am by most standards, ny guy & i broke...2 artists, but we are wealthy compared to so much of the world...we sponsor ...now we are on our 5th save a child kid, a beautiful little girl;the others were able to become self sufficient & leave the program;(i am not saying we are special or anything like that;i feel personally that there is such an abundance it's important to share...& i am grateful i can do it, though some months are really rough (i think ...compared to so many people) i don't know what rough is. we have clean water, shelter, food...too ..i don't share that we do this this with many;they agree but it has been my experience they'd rather add another sports channel to their tvs than actually get online or phone or write, you know(i am 64 & have been called a " bleeding heart liberal" for longer than you would believe;i/we don't care...i am the only one who looks back at me from the mirror). there are all sorts of ways to help people out there;just kindness for heaven's sake, you know? does not cost a cent & i am only too aware of our economy;part of the superficiality over here iss, i believe, an escape pure & simple so people don't have to think about some things...but that's just me & i am just an ordinary person who loves to paint;i choose my friends carefully now also;a few rip-offs will do that...but i have gotten to be pretty good at it;it's like you...i just know you are a good man...plus your work says so much, bob...keep it up!! so will i!! fondly, jude thanks again
