The talent to see ordinary things with different angle, Theresa, take my had off. Excellent composition, and I love this lightness, like you were drawing with light....

Theresa Tahara replied:

Thanks very much for the complement, Jenny. ;-)

Where you are concerned, there is no such thing as an "ordinary scene," even when that is what you are celebrating, as is the case here. Beautiful light and shadow work. v/f

Theresa Tahara replied:

Lenore, what a nice thing to say. I appreciate the complement. ;-)

I love the point of view in your wonderful black and white photograph. I have no idea why, but I get the impression of Clockwork Orange ... compelling art work. ... v/f

Theresa Tahara replied:

Thank, Bob. How interesting. It does have the appearance of an institution. Also, the odd point of view makes it seem like the viewer is trapped and looking at the way out. The live plants in the doorway and the way out to the light is apparently out of reach. I never thought of this before. ;-D

excellent photography Theresa, love the subtle reflections from the window. F/V

Theresa Tahara replied:

Thank you, Dean. ;-)
