Description:

One of my favorite places to go in Michigan is Circle Pines Center. It is a cooperative camp on 300 acres of forests, prairies, a lake, and it is quite beautiful. I first did this as an acrylic painting, but when I decided to give oil pastels a try I was on an airplane so I did this from memory. The original has a gray brown mat which picks up the colors very nicely.
