Description:

When I was first introduced to silk painting I was immediately entranced by the luxuriousness of the silk fibers and the luminosity of the dyes. Therefore I only use the finest fabric dyes on 100% silk to create my paintings. I incorporate wax batik methods, gutta application and the free form flow of the dyes in my paintings which are then stretched and framed over canvas.
