Digital Art - Fractal Digital Art
For a large part of my childhood, I lived in the South. One of the things that I enjoyed doing with my friends in the summer months was catching fireflies. The fireflies used to come out just when the sun was setting. Those little blinking lights were fascinating. My friends and I would have our little mason jars for holding the caught fireflies. Sometimes we would even have contests to see who could catch the most. Unfortunately, we always seemed to forget that when we opened our jars to put in more flies, some of those little flies would escape. Ah, those warm lazy days. I remember them well and with great fondness. This abstract is a representation of those days that are now long gone and yet their memories are ever so cherished. This composition has several fractal flames that comprise the fireflies and setting sun. Have a great day.
