First Look At Baby Coonie
Here's the first baby of the year. He came and visited with his Mommy yesterday. I'm not sure why he is in the plant first thing. This was one of the only shots I could get without his Mother blocking the view. Just as the baby raccoon was all by himself, moments after the Bald Eagle swooped over my deck and try to take off with this little feller. I was like a nervous "Grandmother" and I blocked Mrs. Eagle from having this baby for lunch! I like getting great shots with my camera, but this was one moment I didn't want to see in the my lens!!! Yikes.. I know Mrs. Eagle has to eat too, but yowie... I wouldn't want to have that on film (or on my SD Card) I should say..
