Description
Footrpints in the sand track down the beach at St. Croix, U. S. Virgin Islands in the early morning. The west end of the island, where this image was taken and where I stayed, is very different from the east end. This beach has no tide, and only gentle swells of the sea, where the east end can have much more wave action. The isle of St. Croix is only about 8 miles wide and 27 or 28 miles long.

Betty LaRue replied:
Thank you, Lainie, it really was magical for me, I had never been to the Caribbean before! But I'm going back!

The evidence indicates someone with a very low arch but good posture has learned to levitate....... But seriously, a lovely dreamy scene! LF
Betty LaRue replied:
LOL, Byron, actually I have a high arch, high enough that I have trouble getting that part of my foot through the turn in boots! Thanks for the nice comment!

Very nice image!! v
Betty LaRue replied:
Thank you, Debra! I had fun making the tracks then levitating back to the beginning of them. ;)
