Chris Lord replied:

Hi Lois, this one is getting a bit old in the teeth these days, but yes, I still like it too. Thanks so much for remarking on it, and, of course, for the vote and fave. Cheers.

Now this is my kind of image! Beautiful post-processing, gorgeous mushrooms (and friend), low angle achieved by the well-known belly crawling method:>). Excellent work, Chris!!! V/F

Chris Lord replied:

The problem with the well known belly crawling method is I'm finding it to near impossible to get back up!! It tends to cut my belly crawling done a bit these days. But yes, those mushrooms were worth it and I'm very pleased and encouraged to know that you enjoyed them too Carol, thanks very much indeed. Cheers.

Lovely image. I really like the treatment you've done. It feels magical!

Chris Lord replied:

I was aiming along those lines Emily so it makes me happy that you said that. Thanks very much indeed, cheers.

Nice post treatment, Chris! Featured, v&f.

Chris Lord replied:

Gosh, featured, voted and faved! All at once! I am spoiled! :-) Thank you so very much Sophie, I'm very grateful indeed.

A very big THANK YOU goes out to TIMOTHY MYLES for graciously FEATURING this image in the MYCOART GROUP. Cheers Timothy, I'm very grateful.

It's a great picture, Chris! Thanks for sharing it:>)

A ton of appreciation and a BIG thank you go to Carol Senske for featuring this in the "Mushrooms Fungus Fungi and Lichens" Group.

Chris, how do you do it, fabulous.

Chris Lord replied:

That's so kind of you Sharon, thanks very much indeed. Cheers.

Wow - I love the way you create magic with your processing of an already fine image. Mystery and wonder in this! Love it.

Chris Lord replied:

I was surprised to find these fungi growing in the middle of Central Park and you wouldn't believe how dirty I got lying on the ground to shoot them! :-) I even manifested a crowd of curious onlookers who wanted to know what I was doing. Had to show them all the image on the back of the camera. It begged for a little Photoshopping when I got it home. Very happy you like it. Thanks for the nice comment Lianne, cheers.

Beautiful work!

Chris Lord replied:

Hi Nina, very much appreciative of your warm support, thanks very much. Cheers.
