Description:
This was a lovely sweet shop in the small town of Orchha, India. The fancy sweet holder was so big that the man had to stand on a bench to see over the tops of his sweets. He and his extended family lived upstairs. This is a lovely painting that can fit into many places as it is only 16 x 20 inches. I find myself drawn to looking at this painting over and over because there are so many interesting details and it really catches the heart of India.
