One thing that I love about the Nikon, is the VIBRANT I & II setting. It reminds me of my favorite color film used for many decades, the Kodachrome's in all their versions. Have used it on the Digital Nikon's, every since my first.

Bob, What an awesome scene the fantastic details in the foreground how clear they are and the vibrant colors coming off of the road and the mountain side is breathtaking. An amazing image captured, love the bushes how clear they are and detailed also as you can pick out all the various colors of the bushes. Like this scene as it has great depth to it and leads you down that road as you wonder what is around that bend. Also a great sky capture. Fantastic shot, fav, voted and google promoted for Artist News - 1 3 image promote thread

Many today do not use filters, they believe it can all be done in PS... but am using both a Circular Polarizer and UV filter to cut through all haze and make skies bluer.
