This is a vision I got while in prayer. The nail symbolizes our sin because it was our sins that nailed Jesus to the cross. There is only one nail in thousands of grains of sand. The waves continually wash over the nail. In His word it is written that He thinks about us more than the grains of sand, \"How precious to me are your thoughts, O God! How vast is the sum of them! If I would count them, they are more than the sand.\" Psalm 139:17-18 In comparison, when we ask for His forgiveness that our sin is forgotten. \" For I will be merciful toward their iniquities, and I will remember their sins no more.\" Hebrews 8:12 and \"..as far as the east is from the west, so far does He remove our transgressions from us.\" Psalm 103:12. When He looks at us, He does not see our sin..He sees US...in our sin. Its like seeing a child stuck in an anthill, you want them to get out of it as quickly as possible because you love them and dont want them to get hurt. We need to respond to His loving help for us. He loves us. His grace repeatedly washes over our sin, it never ceases. Just like the waves of the sea. Over and over and over and over...He is faithful. His Son\'s death for our life still stands and will forevermore. Amen.
