Headless Horseman An Impressionist
Painting - Acrylics On Gesso Board
This is an impressionist style painting of the Headless Horseman, done in acrylic paints on gesso-board. The roadway of the painting has a textured look by using sand mixed in with the paint, the fog is lightly dabbed in with a cloth, watered down so the white is not so strong. There is use of heavy lines, and textures and heavy green to show the mountains and the trees.
