Sculpture - Relief
Relief scene inspired by the book's main Hidden Village, Papyrus of Ani, Egypt.
The weight of the heart is a symbolic representation, the heart represents life the deceased lived, for the ancient Egyptians the heart was the place of thought, emotion and life. If anyone had much attachment to the material and many vices, the heart will be heavy, devoured by the monster that is material nature, where everything dies and is born. If, however, his life was clean and pure, the heart will be light and will be able to move to Amenti, the Tiera of Ammon.
