Oh dear.. meant to type dromedary . . fascinating idea!

Fascinating! I used to love going to the Natural History museum to walk on the glass foors with 3D models of ocean floor underneath and learn neat stuff about plants and animals . . . *lol* The modern dremedary has long lashes to screen agaisnt sun and sand and holds fat in the hump to help during long durations without sustenance. Wonder what would have been the purpose of the camel hump for this ancient precursor? If they had ones similar the the modern incarnation! The cold damp forest environment comes accross well!

Daniel Eskridge replied:

Thanks, Sandy!
