Like all of the expressive brushstrokes that really show the character of this horse and the rugged background of the Western frontier, Ken! I love the POV and how up-close and personal it is, like it is up next to your face! Love it! Fave! L/F!

Ken Day replied:

Thank you Kimberlee. This close up painting were to put the viewer in the scene not jest looking at a painting. Some say their looking at a spirit more then a painting.

Thank you ever so much Victoria for such a lovely comment Like / Favorite. Some spirits should always be free. That's the way I create my artwork. Free to create as I wish. I see you do the same.

I see you comment a lot Ken.!!....I like this expression.!!..wm

Ken Day replied:

Thank you William. I try to get back to everyone who comments on my artwork and catch a few of the new members as it helps them to get good start. And that means a lot to me to see new artists make it in the field they love. I also inspire others to do their best and to believe in themselves to reach their potential. I don't take commenting lightly as it's a very powerful tool to help those you are commenting to and yourself as well. As most people comment back when you comment on something of theirs you love. Some comments I make might be a little hard for jest anyone to understand as many of the artists here we have known each other for many years and comment in our own language built up over the years. Some artwork inspires me to write a poem. There are many ways to comment and I let the art or artist sway me the way of my comment.
