Wendy, It was very hot while I was in Philly and there were many people using the fountain to cool off! I didn't know how some people would view my taking pictures of this kid so I found out which adult was his mother and asked permission first.

How much fun is this! He's so small; looks like he's in the ocean. When I was a kid, I never understood why my mother wouldn't let me climb into fountains. I still don't ! :-)
