Wonderful, that's what I was going for, an image that could entertain longer than a quick glance.

Paul, Your description of this painting and it's title, 'Hydrogen', should be in textbooks! I was totally amazed at how your left brain worked with your right brain to create a masterpiece of science and art. Consider your insight to your friend's pregnancy a prophetic gift that God blessed you with during your painting session. Get on your knees, Paul, and thank God for the wonderful gifts He has blessed you with.... Laura
Paul Brink replied:
Aww. Thank you very much Laura. I feel your appreciation so much that I'm slightly overwhelmed.
Laura Grisham
Okay...so this is hydrogen. Have you painted the entire Periodic Table of Elements? If not, it looks like you really need to get to work!! It seems to me that besides being creative you must have a tad bit of 'geekiness' to your personality...you obviously are interested in biology/microbiology/chemistry. Right brain or Left brain...which shall it be? Either way you go you've won: your paintings are exquisite! Many Blessings, Laura (the right-brained geek!)

Ok, and since I'm having a weird day, I was just wandering thru your art piece pondering, so does that make me a wandering ponderer or a pondering wanderer?
Paul Brink replied:
Good question. A pondering wanderer sounds like a kind of insect. I'm thinking of the kind that can somehow walk on water. J.R.R. Tolkien - Not all those who wander are lost. But what about those that ponder and wander?
Paula Ayers
Nice colors, alot of details to look at, kept me here just finding things in your art. Need one of those benches like in the big museums to just sit and ponder.
Paul Brink replied:
Thanks Paula, I intended to pull the viewer in with more detail than what could be perceived in a quick glance. I want people to be able to have unique visions as they ponder this painting.
