I saw this gentleman dance at a Pow Wow in Paducah, Kentucky during October, 2008. He was wearing the shirt of a Sailor in the United States Navy and had an American Flag kerchief tied to his waist. I was impressed by his ceremonial dress and the combination of the cultures.
