Your thoughts?
Mary Bedy

Makes me feel peaceful, Vivian. More like a bead curtain dividing two spaces. I like it a lot.

Its a path through the woods I'd like to take.
Vivian ANDERSON

Thanks so much for your thoughtful comment, Mary...I like that it lends itself to the idea of two sides of the curtain, much like life itself...the inner and outer worlds. Vivian

My first impressions , a path through life, the good, the bad, the regrets. Sometimes I see this as curtain, and sometimes tears of all emotions falling slowly together. Behind them I see or feel figures, ghosts of memories past. In the end i find the face (upper left) drawing me in deeper.
Vivian ANDERSON
Sydney, NS - Australia
Bob! Thank you for taking the time to 'respond' so eloquently to this little image with such big kind thoughts, impressions. I'm delighted that you could find some much here, you especially. xVivian

Viet Tran
Victoria, BC - Canada
It's emotionally trembled. Rain drops are blurred in the soggy soul. I think that it's truly a tearful day inside yourself. It could be a reflection of your moment of loss. I guess that you were floating in a dreamland somewhere between hell and heaven at that time.
Vivian ANDERSON
Sydney, NS - Australia
Thank you, Viet....yes....life exists between heaven and hell, as you so aptly put it in your poetry, and thanks for letting me quote you. xV

Rod Stewart
Halifax, NS - Canada
Perhaps there is none more eloquent, than a dewy tear upon a petal cheek, from a quivering heart, which will never be forgotten- unlike words from lips or pen which lose their lustre. And could I say, that as I behold my life lived thus far, it is a song of tears, those notes played both high and low, in a chorus of rain again. Great concept!
Vivian ANDERSON
Sydney, NS - Australia
thank you Rod for the poetry you bring to my humble vision. xV

Carolyn LeGrand
Coos Bay, OR - United States
To me I see a woman sitting behind a beaded curtain. She is sitting with her knees tucked underneath her. She has the body of a young girl and yet the facial features of a mature woman. it is youth and maturity combined. Behind the curtain is her private place. No one can touch her there. She is in view and yet extremely private. Just my take on this great piece of artwork. Love the feel. Most interesting to me!
Vivian ANDERSON

Wonderful insight, Carolyn, better than my own. Thanks so much

Vivian, this is so beautiful, it almost brings me to tears so maybe it is teardrops from heaven but it has the peace of rain dripping gently, caressing you, your soul, calming your thoughts as it trails along the surface and it is soft like silky dewdrops washing you clean. Fave and vote.
