Description:

Broke in Montana, I needed something to paint on. So I removed a ceiling tile from my apartment. I saw this picture in a magazine and I added the extreme light for effect. It is a reminder to me that you can paint any surface no matter how desperate a starving artist may be as long as he has his dreams and as long as his landord doesn't notice!

Aha - the old ceiling tile trick - huh? Great idea! And a beautiful painting that speaks volumes to boot! Now, when I run outta canvas, I know where to look - just start recycling parts of the house - lol. Anyway, I share your environmental concerns.
