Infantile myofibroma is a rare and benign tumour of children presenting in the head and neck region with skin, subcutaneous tissue and skeletal muscle affected most frequently,. Histologically the central area of the tumour has undifferentiated round or spindle shaped cells with pale cytoplasm and small round nuclei. Magnification: x 150 when printed at 10 centimetres wide.
