Obviously I've never met the Jarrards (or is that the location?) but it's nice to know that your art is making a home just a little more special. Actually, a lot more special!

Sharon De Vore replied:

Oooooops Don. I have edited this to reflect that the Jarrards in Paris, Arkansas commissioned me to paint this! It had to be done before the Tour of homes one Christmas. Their house was on the list of homes to be viewed. Their interior decorator contacted me about painting this, and I had to submit via email some of my paintings for Mr. Jarrard to decide whether I would be the one who painted this. Thank you very much. I always appreciate your thought and input.

Sharon De Vore replied:

PS Don, Mr. Jarrard was very precise and wanted the chairs on the porch, as well as the potted plant. This house is on the National Register. It dates way back.

Another great from you Sharon, well done...
