Description

I painted this painting of Johnny because I thought he was so popular that I could paint a picture of him without showing his face and somebody would still purchase it because of who he was. I was right but Johnny hated this painting because he thought it made him look like a looser. But that's OK because he said he thought I also painted the best picture of him. Unfortunately for him but fortunately for me this was the painting his family chose to be featured at the church where they gave his eulogy. From what one of my friends told me, the painting sat in the middle of a ring of lilies as you entered the church. From what I know, the original is hanging in his widow's home.
