Really love this one Ken, very strong.

Ken Powers replied:

Thank you William! I don't find the Black-Eyed Susan to be too interesting so I really wanted to go bold with the light to add some pizzazz!

Nice going, Ken! Your shadows and light are nicely portrayed.

Ken Powers replied:

Thank you Bette! I was really striving to get some intense light in this piece. I had a blast doing it!

Light and shadow is amazing, Ken. It really stands out!

Ken Powers replied:

Thank you Frances! I wanted some really intense light in this. I always find yellows tough to work with but I think this one was successful.

excellent colours and you can feel the sunlight on it

Ken Powers replied:

Thank you James! I was definitely striving for some intense light.

Love it! Black-eyed Susans are such understated flowers...

Ken Powers replied:

Thank you very much Anita! Black-eyed Susans should get top billing!

Ken this a beautiful Lazy Susan, good lighting, the other flower gave the suggestion that that there were other Lazy Susan's in the group.

Ken Powers replied:

Thank you Dessie! I added the other flower as an afterthought and I really think it adds to the composition nicely. Fun stuff!

The lighting is soooo dramatic on this...gives it so much punch! Cute title, too.

Ken Powers replied:

Thank you Marsha! I think the dramatic light really adds some punch to this flower.

It is so wonderful Ken!

Ken Powers replied:

Thank you Maria! I had fun focusing on the light for this piece!
