Let The Light Shine
Photograph - Photography
The Navajo's call Upper Antelope Canyon Tse' bighanilini, which means "the place where water runs through rocks." I did not see any water when I was there but I was very lucky to photograph this ray of light poking its way through the canyon.
It was a very surreal experience for me,and I can now understand why this land and these views are so sacred to many people and have been kept secret for many years.
After living in Arizona for many years I made the trip to the slot canyons and upper Antelope that is found a couple hours ouside of Phoenix. at 4,000 feet elevation and the canyon walls rise 120 feet above the streambed. Located within the LeChee Chapter of the Navajo Nation Page,AZ
