Life Along The Fault Line
Relief - Pit-fired And Painted Clay
My son is a faith-based documentary filmmaker. When he was about to release his first film, "Finger of God", the Chicago area where he lived experienced a 3.8 earthquake. The epicenter of the quake was in Pingree Grove, exactly where my son lived. Two years prior to this event a prophetic minister, Kim Clement, announced on film that God had shown him that some time in the future God was going to release a righteous movement in the film industry and that the sign of this would be a non-damaging earthquake in the area where it was about to be released. When Darren told me about the earthquake and the releasing of his film the next day, the 'coincidence' was too obvious. I immediately had this picture in my mind and proceeded to make this image, showing both the earthquake and the light pushing back the darkness.
