I often wonder about the boxes that we put ourselves and others into, I wonder why so few can think outside the box, and those that do are often shunned or criticized for doing so! Great concept and image Lenore, v, f, and pinned.

I remember that song, as we drove from Virginia to Florida, when the kids were little, every time we passed houses on a hillside they would sing little boxes.. funny when I looked at this that was my first thought too. just goes to show...great minds think alike... love this Lenore..V/f

I know that version....I love the song. The first time I heard it was when I was 18...a swedish girlfriend that had come to visit me for a month in Bilbao...sang it to me. And she did it because of the lyrics...so revolutionary, so up-dated, so ironic and with depth.
