Description:

The sunsets in Oklahoma are very beautiful and inspiring. I sometimes do quick color studies for more finished paintings. This is one of those color sketches inspired by a scene in Oklahoma. It is executed in acrylics which is my medium of choice even for more finished works. This study is done on canvas board which is an artist quality material at a lower cost.
