Longfellow's Wayside Gristmill Painting 2
Painting - Painting
This is the historic Longfellow Wayside Gristmill in Sudbury Massachusetts. It is one of the best preserved, fully functioning water wheel powered flour mills in the entire world. It functioned as the Pepperidge Farms flour mill until 1967, and it appeared in a sketch on all their loaves of bread and bakery products. Now it is a public park, and is a beautiful place to visit. It is a very peaceful place, like stepping back in time.
