Manhattanhenge is the name given to the days when the sun sets (or rises) exactly along the Manhattan cross-street grid. It occurs twice in the summer at sunset and twice in the winter at sunrise. This is a sunset view down 42nd Street from Tudor City. The Chrysler Building and Bank of America Tower are visible.
