Thanks Lorraine. The background took on a life of its own in this one. Each of the DIA dozen drawings have a maze: a single, continuous white path that rambles through it without crossing any black lines. The "in" arrow is at the top and the "out" arrow at the bottom (in this case).

Your drawings are simply wonderful. I liked them all but found this one particularly intriguing for the involvement of the subject with his background, and for those dizzy buzzing lines that seem to move. You are clearly a 'master of distortion'. Small arrow in each drawing: to lead the eye?
