One of my favorite pieces of yours. It evokes all kinds of emotion from funny to sad. I love it and agree there is much to see.

Glad you like it Jo Ann. Sometimes I can't figure out if its funny or sad either.

Merci Nicole - We have all been in a very embarrassing or awkward place at one time or another, where we totally misunderstood a situation.

Johny, only painting can give one this unique moment of freedom. The painting may look anarchic, but looking at some details: his clown's hat denoted he must be feeling like a clown; his frozen, perplexed face expresses disbelief at some unforseen sight. this is so hilarious!! Very well done, excellent job, Johny! (V/f)

Reality verses fantasy. What we think we see sometimes is truly "Mistaken Identity". I want to jump into this painting and really study each and every line, color placement. Very complex. Interesting the painting within the painting. His little hat and a clown's face. This is great Johny. Really takes me to many levels.

Johny Deluna replied:

Thanks Carolyn - you are right. We see what we want to see and if reality slaps us in the face - we can still dream.
