Second Work in the Fantastical Village of Niyan Series
The Second work in the Fantastical Village Series by artist Shawn Orne. Through the series, we venture out on a visual journey throughout the realm and are taken to see the homes, shops, and stores scattered throughout the artists own kingdom of Niyan.
Here weve pause along the road and view the residence shop of dear Mrs. Bristlebottom. Master Broom crafter of highest pedigree.
All though throughout this series we never get to see the residents of the abodes themselves- as peering through windows is frowned upon within the realm- we can easily guess what the owner does as a trade by examining each homes features as we gaze upon the property from the road side.
For instance...above the door hung from the wrought iron sign bracket we see the straw bristle broom. A sign to let all know what is crafted and might be purchased from within.
Looking closer, the weather vane again reveals a tiny straw broom as it functions to indicate the winds direction.
All the more important as by examining further we notice the crescent moon, caldron, and official purples as found both on dear Mrs. Bristlebottoms door, window shutter and finally from the little guiding lantern for use at night.
We know for certain the brooms crafted here are by nature of the flying type.
