Mt Fitzroy Patagonia Argentina
One of the most spectacular sights in the Argentine Patagonia, the sheer granite walls of Mt Fitzroy (3405m / 11,170ft) rise above the glacial lake at its base. The lake is called Laguna de los Tres (or "Lake of the Three") and is named in honour of the three Frenchmen who's expedition became the first to scale the peak in January 1963.
